Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
Hello! My question is related to "copyrights or tax law" .I
live in cantonment area of lahore. I am launching a
commercial type magazine for my area only. I am
confused, should I registered my magazine or make
copyrights for it or I have to pay tax to cantonment etc.
because i don't want to have any kind of legal problems
after launhing. Plz guide what should I do as I simply
want to laung magazine for specific time period
(3months). Thank you!

You have to get the permission from the DCO, Lahore for publishing any kinds of magazine on monthly, quarterly and years basis.
The logo/ mark can be protected under the Trademark and copyright laws of Pakistan, so that no one can copy the mark.
