As a sole proprietor, am I mandated to provide LTA benefits to my employees? What components of the salary structure are compulsory for me to provide?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, as a sole proprietor, you are mandated to provide for Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) for all your employees. I advise and recommend that you provide 15% (fifteen percent only) as LTA of each employee's Basic Salary only.
