Legal Question in Business Law in India
I want to start selling on ecommerce websites like flipkart, snapdeal' etc and for that I need to have a VAT registration compulsory and for VAT registration I will have to register a company.
Is it allowed to register a company at my residential address and do my online selling business online from my home only.
Please tell me all legal formalities in this regarf.
