Legal Question in Business Law in India
i wanted to start a distribution buisness of mobiles and electronics in my country (india). i will get the products outside india, what and all should be paid i mean taxes in order to make it legal and is there any licences for distributing the products to other retail stores

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your Company will need to incur Customs duty at the prevailing rates for import of the mobiles and electronics into the country. You can register a sole proprietory or partnership firm or form a limited company and obtain the licences to distribute your products in India.
