Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

1) case is regarding stay of 2 property shop and flat( property is of legal heirs ) and i am one of the legal heir having possession. I (1st party) have filed for stay as dispute arises but the cavet is applied by 2nd party earlier only and one property is sold by other legal heirs without my consent in which i am living right now.

2) case is in district court of chandigarh (india),

one month before the date was regarding consideration and after 2-3 days of that date, order was passed and date is given in said that application is dismiss.

now date is given for what? what will happen in this date? if we have to appeal then within what time we can appeal in such case.
