Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
When I was 13th (1999) my parents borrowed Rs. 100,00/-money from one person with the blank pro note (didn't mentioned anything) with my father's and my signature. Our parents have paid Rs.6000/- within four years i.e. 1999-2003. We have paid interests too in between. Now the person son is threatening us with this blank pro note and asked us to pay Rs. 8,00,000/-. Kindly suggest us what can do?

if you have any proof of repayment like rs 6000, take to near police station ,file complaint of threating against him.
