Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
from the last 2 years me and my wife not able to live properly with each other, i always try to do everything for my wife but she always try to find new reasons of fighting with my father and younger sister, she does not give respect to my parents. now from the last one month she ran away to her dads home with my 2 years cute baby and we already have 2-3 times panchayati meetings to solve her problem but all waste. my question is what should i do to protect my family from any legal effect of case put by her against me and my family in police or court. i m not sure but doubt that she can go to police and try to insult me and my family. what should i do in this case. please tell
