Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Our ancestral immovable property stands recorded in the name of my father who died before 2004. I have/had 5 sister & one brother . 2 sister are dead . Now we want to partition the property. Please advise us the status of share

1) The place of property where is it situated? Dates of marriage of sisters etc required.
2) All class I heirs, including the xi. Daughter of a predeceased daughter, and
xii. Son of a predeceased daughter are entitled.
