Dear Sir / Madam,

You purchased the land on or around 30.06.2012 from "A" and on or around 30.12.2012 the wife of "B" who sold the land to "A" filed a case on "A" claiming that her husband "B" has not given the sales proceeds of the land to her minor children. "B" dies on or around 30.06.2013. If you have paid the entire consideration for the purchase of the land to "A" it was "A" legal duty and responsibility to settle "B". So "A" will need to prove that he has settled and paid "B" the purchase consideration prior to "B"s demise.
