Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In case filed by health deptt against the 50-66 RMP doctors for unauthorised practice which was later on dismissed by the court for evidences. In this case my brother was also accused but during the course of trial he left the country and in said decision he was declared PO . Now we came to know that With the follow up of NRE sabha punjab government agreed get back l such orders. Please guide us as to how we should proceed in this case and is there such punjab government agreement or orders?
