Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear sir/madam,

We are the two children of to our father. He had signed on blank stamp paper to a some local person in the name of surity in our town. Now he filed a fraud suit against my father stating that he has given 50lakh rupees to my father as he promised him to sell the ancesctral property, where as the transaction has never happened.During this scenario we were not present in the situation and not signed on the stamp paper which my father signed on. As a legal heir to the property do i have right to acquire it and how can i take action against the person filed suit against us. please advice

You should report the matter to the local Police for action against the fraudster.

yes you have report to ps and verification of payment of 50 lakhs.50 lakhs rupees must be white money.how to he was paid it.thank you
