Enter your question here...Resp. expert, This is 30 yrs old unmarried girl..My forefather had 20 acre agri land in our ratnagiri village..he had 4 children those r my grandpas...total land tranferred on my grandpa's name as he was eldest n later it transferred on my papa's...n after my papa's death whole transferred on my mother's name..I dont hav brother n my 1st relation uncle is mentally retarded..after few yrs to my papa's death one of my papa's cousin brother is asking my mother for POWER ATTORNEY in d name to build Kaju baugh..v hav mention his n his remaining brother's names on 7/12 after VARAS TAPASANI..please guide me weather v should give him sign on power attorney?..does it require?..or anything else plan he has?..bz he want sign in front of Tahasildar without showing us that paper..please guide me..can u send me my answer on my mail on.([email protected]) too...THANK U

do not give the power of attorney unless you are sure of the contents of the power of attorney.
