My father expired and his brother made a forgery saying my father has sold his property to him without our (wife, children, none of the siblings and his parents) knowledge. How do we handle such situations

you can go for cancellation of the sale deed and file a complaint of forgery and using a forged document as genuine.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will have to file a writ petition asking your uncle to provide evidence in Court of the sale deed done without the knowledge of your family members.
