Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father got a loan of 1.5 lakhs from a person keeping our house 10 years ago...the person who gave loan has filed a case now against my father for making an auction of the house to recover his money...my mother lives in the house and my father left her 8 yrs back...we were five children...no one is earning...dont know how to proceed ...please help

Dear Sir / Madam,
"An idle brain is a devil's workshop". So you all children need to immediately be on your feet ... take up a job ... and collect the money to repay the Rs. 1.5 lakhs your father had borrowed ... so that you save your mother and the house ...
