My father and mother died in an accident 10 days before. my father have properties in his name and bank deposits too. whether i will get share in bank deposits also. I am daughter and i have my brother also.

Yes, you are an equal share holder being Class-I heir alongwith your brother; and your grandfather, if she is alive.

yes, you both are entitled for an equal share in the properties and for that, you both, mutually can get the properties partitioned by executing a registered partition deed or if need be, go for succession certificate.
