Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Firstly Kodos to LAWGURU! I applaud you for answeing my queries promptly.

How can I take NOC from my Advocate without giving offence. He is too smart, sometimes hurting my cases by sheer over confidence. He is very greedy & intimidationg. I have paid him lots of money but he is never satisfied. He is forcing (a kind of) me to sell the house property scaring me that judges may give averse oders ( i know we are in a very solid footing). I am worried he may damage the case if i ask for NOC from him. What is the best way to obatain the NOC & the case file lying with him. Pls guide me. I am 69 years of age & very tensed because of his behaviour.

Warm regards.

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

You need to ask your lawyer for the pending agreed fees and after clearing the same, you may get NOC to retain another lawyer.
