A flat owner in a residential complex was ruming tution classess for children and the association of owners objected to it. The flat owner made a civil suit stating cause of action as the security staff employed by the association is not allowing the children to come to her flat. During pendancy of the case the owner vaccated the flat and rented to a tenant. .The cause of action to file the suit no more exists after he had vaccated the flat.Can he continue to follow the suit?

Dear Client,

The owner of the flat can continue the suit since it is for damages causef due to the hindrance caused by the security staff by stopping the students comong for the tution class.

Due to this he filed suit for damages and continue the suit for the loss of his income, even if he has rented out the flat.
