Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

hello,
I had buy a plot in Utter Pradesh on February 2016,
one society bought 1 bigha plot from the farmer, and sold full land in 1992, my registry from this link.
after three year society change the vise secretary. and sold more plot in 1995, when society had no land. other person have those registry.
In 2012 other person claim on his land, and complaint to the Administration,
In 2016 first person sold his plot to me without any dispute information. .
................
Society sold this plot to "A" in 1992 than "A" sold to "B" then "B" sold to "C" and "C" sold to me.
when "C" Face this complaint, he push to "B" and "B" deal with me for this plot.
I was doing construction from last 4 month. now administration has stopped my construction.
so can we file IPC 420 to "B" and "C" both ??
what I should do in this case, because If i will go in court. it will take several year. and I am an normal young artist.

The whole transaction is not clear.

However, file FIR against the person sold.
