Hello

I had joined abc company in December 2013 which gave me training location as Pune but due to health reason u left the company within week by mailing them my immediate regisnation there was 2 year bond nd 3 months notice period of the company was only on plain paper saying that if we break the bond we have to pay the sum of 200000 I.e the amount they are claiming to spent on our training but we didn't got any transportation or accomodation by company in Pune we have arrange on our on neither I took any salary or any training so can a company take legal action against me please suggest I have started receiving letter from company to which I replied n submitted my medical certificates as required

See, as per the bond, your leaving the job without serving notice period is illegal. But since your leaving is unexpected warranted by unforeseen medical condition, you can skip the liability. Is there any clause to that effect?
