Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in

i am a married women , i have two brothers,my father has a large ancestrol property in dehradun, he is alive ,out of large property, he sell some part of property in crores. I have two sons around 15 to 20 years,my husband is in clerical grade in govt organisation, we are not able to give higher education to our children as they have good academic background ,they want to do B.Tech and MBA , i have discussed this matter with my father so many times , but he refused to support , i want to know that a daughter can claim for her ancestrol property . Please advice how can i proceed for legal action.

You will need to file a civil suit in the local courts seeking partition of ancestral property and claim your share. You may also claim your share in the sale proceeds already collected by your by sale of ancestral property.
