my mother is a widow. i gift my shop to my mother for her financially security in her old age. but she further gift it to my brother without my knowledge. now i want it get back. what can i do

Dear Sir / Madam,
As the donor, you can cancel the Gift Deed given to your mother, anytime during your lifetime,a and retain back its ownership.
