my mother(widow) live her fathers house from last 0 yrs.grandfather got DALIL FROM R R DEPRT.BUT grand father make registered gift deed in favour of my 4 uncles.then uncles give to promoter to make building.it has done with conspirecey.get injunction order from civil cort.my mother have any share on his father property?grandfather is alive.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Unless your grandfather revokes the Gift Deed of the property in the name of your uncles, they are legally entitled to proceed with its development. I recommend you maintain diplomatic relations with your Uncles so that they themselves feel that they should part with a fair share of their gains to you and your mother, because if you needlessly antagonize them, you and your mother may end up with nothing in your hands.
