Dear Sir / Madam,

If the cheque issued to you by the Company is returned back to your bank with the reason "Stop Payment" you should file a suit for "cheque bouncing" against the Company under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for recovery of your full and final dues. You should also lodge an online complaint with the Labour Commissioner in whose jurisdiction and purview the matter lies i.e with the Mumbai and Delhi Labour Commissioner seeking their intervention for redressal of your grievances and settlement thereof.

Regards,
