Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir I have bought a shop which is constructed on railway land and the land lord who had rented the shop to someone else is not accepting me as a tenant and harassing me .I have actually found out that the land is owned by the railway .what should I do?

It does not matter whether landlord accept you or not. If landlord has any problem, he should sort it out with the tenant to whom he has rented the place. You have to vacate only if the tenant says you to do so.If he harasses you, give a police complaint.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the shop is constructed on railway land and if there is no authorization / permission for the construction, it is deemed to be unauthorized illegal construction liable to be demolished any moment by the railway authorities. You should ask the Owner to return back all the monies that you have paid him / her.
