sir if i was already change my advocate during proceeding then what kind of harms for me or my case because my advocate get dummy taken only date to date in court as per requirment of defence advocate and my advocate said to me during mediation run in high court we could not proceeding criminal revision in session couurt and acuuse taken benifit. then i was change my advocate. is it wrong or right for me?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should attend Court hearings in person in the transition period till the new Advocate is able to mediate and present the case on an on going basis before the Judge hearing the matter.

you must be cautious before changing your advocate as the reason could be the communication error or misunderstanding.
