My father is an ex service man after his service he got job in power grid corporation my family consists of 5 children (2male+3female),among them except my brother remaining are married with out the help of my father bcoz he maintain an illegal contact with a widowed lady, now my quation is do we have any right on his sallary(my mother expired five years back)recently my dad showed that lady for his pention nominy as my mother is this acceptable? He is getting two pentions one from military and one from power grid is this also acceptable? We just want to teach him a lesson legally plse help us

NO. You do not have any right on your father's salary. I see from your query that all family members are independent and well settled. YES, your father is entitled to nominate his wife as the nominee in his pension record. YES, your father is entitled to receive two pensions, if he has served as an Ex-Serviceman with two different employers.
