i have five sons in my family, iam small son , my father and mother both are expaired, we have one house in vijayawada town . my mother was register my house all my younger brothers 2003 at the time iam 17 yrs old iam a minor i dont know how can i get my house. after my mother death they are saleed my house, they cannot give share of property, ihave no home and no many now iam married and iam suffring from diabetic problum. how can i get my home .iam small brother in my family.

You may consider filing a civil suit, through a local lawyer, for claiming your share in the family property.

Dear Sir,

Since the house has already been sold while you were still a minor after your parents demise, the beneficiary (your elder brother and/or sister) who have received the sales proceeds of the house in Vijayawada owe you and they have to pay you 1/5th share of the sales proceeds of the house.
