Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
ya thank you Mr.prashanth, but I need to know what if they dont consider and they demand the complete amount to be paid which I am not in condition to pay now in full..will they take any legal action on me and what are they?

Dear Sir / Madam,
As advised, it is best to immediately commence payment of your Credit Card outstanding, else the Bank may lodge a Police complaint against you, and recovery proceedings may be initiated against you.
