Legal Question in Technology Law in India

my dad has invested 10 lakhs in to a private limited company. in which i am one of the director and there are totally three directors and now other two directors say that they will not make any documentation regarding my dads investment and they are brutally cheating me.Pls help me

Dear Sir / Madam,

Ask the other two Directors to immediately return back the amount your father has invested in the Company, failing which, lodge a simple Police NC against the two Directors.
