that complainant and accused are the close friends.compliant open axis bank a/c.accused connected related documents atm secret code.accused promise arrange the insurance agency but accused did not keep promise.accused have withdraw the deposited ammount on different binami a/c illegally-4.after that verification immediately the complint with ps sattupally khammam dist ap.file the case u/sec 420 of ipc dated 14-07-2011 ...case is pending gefore the judicial mig-court

after that incident the accused approached the complainant and requested to him to withdraw the above said case .the elders have also advised both of them ..accused issued two post dated cheques...dt 20-06-2011,10-07-2011..its two chequs are bounced .. compliant issue the legal notice ofter 16 days file the ni act another court ... along with memo 15-09-2011 ..legal notice 29-09-2011...
