Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Hi ,
I am working in Bangalore and staying with my parents. My father have some property in our home town in BHOPAL-Madhya Pradesh. If my father want to write and register his will in bangalore, Can we do in Bangalore or only in my home town.
If yes , then please give some details to registration process.

yes. your father can execute his will at Bangalore. Registration of will is not compulsory. pl check with the nearest Registry Office for the registration process.
