Legal Question in Construction Law in Lebanon

Hello,
i live in a building where some people do not pay the monthly installment due on every apartment since they bought their house.
i want to know what can be done and is there a way to force them to pay. and what does the law state about that.
sorry i can't find the technical words.

Hi,

In order to be able to collect the monthly dues for the maintenance, you should first elect a president for the comity of owners.

The collection of the monthly payments should be in conformity with the registered status of the building.

I some co-owners do not pay they due, you can put an attachment on their apartment and force them to pay their due.
