Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Can i get latest citations for non payment of royalties on minor minerals in Maharashtra ?? Revenue Minister Balasheb Thorat declared on 13th May 2013 that Builders need not to pay royalties on minor minerals. i need recent case laws supporting this statement.. in fact in yesterdays news also it is flashed that minor minerals mining in Maharashtra is permitted..
