Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
We bought a apartment in chennai. In our flat land lord is owning a flat.our builder put a separate tank and motor to the land lord with out our permission and it is also not mentioned in the agreement .balance three flat owners having a common tank.we want the land lord also to come in common water usage.is there any possibility. pls Guide us
