few day back me and my husband purchase a property. but at the time of registry owner did handed over maintenance agreement and no dues copy to us and she has also given a written application in the socity that some amount is panding on us but we have clear all the amount to her. she has even did not clear the pending dues. her amount is pending on the broker as she wants fine at the rate of intrest 18% as the dayas mention in the agreement was 45 but it was closed in 60 days due to loan processing. so what can i do to get the NOC and the agreement paper from her. we have recieved the registry copy. please advce me as soon as possible . what action can we take on brker as he is not clearing his amount to her.

Dear Madam,

You should pay the interest amount on the 15 days delay in settlement of the final amount to the seller and ask her to release the Sale Agreement to you. The buyer and the seller, each is to individually settle the 1% broker's commission.

Better to settle the matter amicably or ask the broker to settle this issue, else court has a long process.
