Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

our s is a flat at apartment at hyd with a plinth area of 755 sft. out of total land area of 195 Sq.Yards. There are total 8 flats in which out of 6 are 755 sft and remaining two are 1000 sft flats. We kept our vehicles at parking area, shall we have parking rights (only two wheeler parking) in this apartment. please claarify the same.

Kindly see the agreement which you have entered at the time of purchasing or booking the house. In general, you have parking rights.

you have to look house-sell agreement, and follow ghmc rules of parking without harm to other.you have to right to property with some restairn
