Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

sir ,i m using reliance GSM no from 3 yrs. from last 1 .5 yrs company has activated a mix maza /VAS service to my acct without my permission in which Rs 49 are deducted every month. i also received a sms from company to stop this service in which i was asked to sms unsub 1836 to 155223. i send this many times but it shows message failed. when i talked to customer care executive, he told me that this is a technical problem and he can,t help me. in this regard i send mail to secretary reliance gsm on 20 nov 2012 and Mr Anil Ambani on 17 october 2013 but till date no reply has been provided to me. kindly send me legal advise how to refund my money and what legal action can i take against company

You should personally visit the Call Centre and get the unwanted service deactivated by the executive there.
