Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir...Thank you for your answer and i have one more doubt regarding the amount to draw from the state commission....our advocate told us that the affidavit we sent to the state commission to draw the amount...such that state commission authority send a cheque on the name of the District forum president and then here the District Forum president will again send the cheque on my name...How many days it takes to complete this process?our advocate has told that it takes around 3 months..Does it actually takes such a long period?This is my actual doubt sir...Thanking you in advance
