Hi,

my credit card was used for a fraud transaction (online) on Nov 13 2012. The bank send me message saying transaction failed. They even called and asked me to raise a dispute. i called customer care to know how to raise a dispute, they asked me to block and get a new card and i did that. But once the bill was generated the fraud transaction of 146670 was reflecting in the bill. i thought it may be a mistake in the bill and i didnt inofrm the bank. similarly it got generated for 5 month. They started to force me to pay the bill. Later after 5 month i raised a dispute and a complaint. They investigated the case and made me laiable to pay stating reason delayed inform . they are saying that the dispute should be raised with in 60 day or else they cant do anything.

Now what should i do..

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should ask the Bank to produce the charge slip(s) for the fraudulent transactions because you can verify for yourself that the signatures thereon would be forged, which will enable you to file a case against the bank.
