i had taken a personal loan 4 years back , i lost my job after that an i was unable to pay the emi,the bank staff used to call me and i had told them the problem,and every month the same process used to happen and a new person will call and ask me to pay, after that for some time i had to change my phone number and my address as i was not in a position to pay the rent and phone bill, now the bank has traced my number and now they are asking me to pay the full amount, and are harassing me and my wife,now girls working in the bank are calling and using foul language on the phone, now we are in a very bad state both of us job less, please advise.

Hello!
Immediately contact your bank for Negotiations on the Total sum due on you. Because if you approach them, their will be a possibility of Bank considering your proposal of Negotiations. Running away will not help you but will definitely worsen the Condition. You will be arrested under Criminal Charges. You have to settle it down.
