Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

i have recieved a legal notice for a credit card default. Its been over 4 years that i had used this card. My usage was only 16000 and they have sent me a notice of 116000. They have asked me to pay within 3 days from today (13\08\10). Else the notice says that they will file a criminal case against me under section 405,406 & 420. I really need help. Could you please help me with this issue.

You need to file a reply for the notice received by you.

Its been more than 3 years now since the amount was outstanding.

We need to understand the whole demand details from the bank.

We have defended our clients in same set of matters and the banks have ended up empty handed.
