Respected sir\mam

I am 21 year old boy . My friend is a betting addict . He lost some money in betting and I arranged him dat money as a loan . He gave me his blank signed cheque as security . He even told his mom that he has to return my money and his mom agreed that they will return my money in 2 months . Now they are not picking my phone and when I go to their home , the say that they will not give my money back as that was used for betting . Plzzz help me . I am a 21 year old boy and can't afford this 1lac rs loss . I also took this money from a financer whose threatning me everyday that he will go to my home and tell my parents about it . Plzz plzz plzz help me . I am in a real mess :(

Pass the cheque to the financier and ask him to present the cheque. If the cheque gets bounced for insufficient funds, then tell the financier to initiate action against your friend u/s 138 NIA. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
