Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hello Sir,

I am Abhishek Chohan from Faridabad, Sir I had taken a personal loan of 1lakh from Icici bank about 1 and a half year back and from last 7 months I've not been able to pay my Emi's as I lost my job in Aug-14 and still struggling to get a job. It is getting very difficult for me to manage my own expenses and under this situation the Bank is calling me and my relatives again and again and harassing on the call to pay it as soon as possible otherwise they will take some harsh actions. I am ready to pay all the debts or Emi's as soon I get a Job and start working again. Please Sir help me in this situation or guide me to how to handle them or what should I say them so they must understand my situation or give me some more time for this.

Dear Abhishek,

"Where there is a Will, there is a Way". If you are not getting a job since quite sometime, start a small business of your own, or take to teaching if you are good at it. Set goals for yourself in Life and remain determined to achieve them. Let the law take its own course.
