Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was booked under a false case u/s 420,406, 120-B, 409 in Feb 2015. I got a bail on 11 mar 2015. I was,running my business i had to take my comission of 2.5lac from one of the dealers i was dealing with but instead of paying me my comission he one day came to my house and started fighting with me saying he has,to collect money from me he called some gundas also at my home we called the police and police at that time tooked the written statement signed by both of us that whatever will be the matter both will check and solve it but dealer later on instead of paying my comission longed fir against me under section 420,406,120-B,409 dueto pressure of dealer i ranned from my house for 15,days later on i tooked bail against this fir and police tooked the statement from me inthis case and till today it has been 6 months no chargesheet has been filled by the police in court so can i go for cancellation of fir against me or what else should i do to get out from this matter pl help me.

you may file a petition for quashing of the FIR and for that you may consult a local lawyer.
