Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my brother marriage is committed but marriage is not done due to hiding their goutra and my parents give some gifts( jwellary and cash) to that girl during goad barai rasham is that gifts are are those property so please give some ruling regarding that problem please help me....

If the marriage has not taken place, you may demand the gifts back.
