Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My car has been seized as part of an arrest for fraud under IPC 420,IPC 379 and section 66(c).I got bail and the chargesheet hasn't been filed yet. Also seized in the process are my phone, laptop,Pc monitor,Pc and few travel bags that they used to transport the seized items.Am I entitled to get back the above mentioned items after securing bail ? And also can I get back the car from the Police station. What's the procedure and is there any surety involved for securing the release of my car by court order? Will the court put forward a condition in form of surety ? person or money surety . If so how is it calculated?

Thanks in advance for any valuable advice

Regards,

you are entitled to all the items and hence apply to the court for release of all the items including the car on Superdari. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
