I HAVE A CASE IN WHICH A HOUSE CONSTRUCTED ON A GOVERNMENT OWNED LAND SOLD BY THREE PRIVATE PERSONS TO A MAN FOR FOR Rs.600000/-. AFTER 9 MONTHS IT WAS DEMOLISHED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY BY GIVING NOTICE.
NOW I WANT TO KNOW THAT IN THE ABOVE STATED CASE THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 406,409, 420,120 B 465,467,468, 471 OF THE IPC ARE ATTRACTED OR NOT?
