I have a cheque of drawer with sign differ & also incefficeent fund. Can I take action with help of ipc 138 ?

Immediately contact a lawyer to issue legal Notice within 30 days u/s 138 of NIAct against
dishonored cheque with signature differs and insufficient funds.
