Hi, can anyone tell me what does 'comply woth office objections' mean? This was seen in a counter petition where the case was adjourned saying

None appears for petitioner. Finally, one week time is granted to comply with office objections, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.

if you have filed a fresh petition it may have been listed before the court with the objections not removed. When a case is filed there has to be a procedure and requirements under which it can be filed and if the registry raises an objection we need to comply and remove the same. your lawyer is the best person to guide you.
