Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A cybercase had been registered 4 years back, not yet on board in the court and the complainant has relocated outside India, the accused is harassed all these years as no action has been taken or done. In such case what can the accuse do? Kindly suggest

File a writ before the Hon'ble High Court of your State, reciting all the matters that it took more than 4 years, and pray the High Court to direct the Lower Court to take up the case immediately.Be careful while filing this type writs, please consult with your Advocate who is appearing in the lower court about this before filing this type of writs.
